It depends on the scope. For room-by-room work we typically keep disruption contained so you can stay. For larger projects we will advise honestly on what is practical at the planning stage.
How is the project priced?
We provide a detailed, fixed-price quote per project once we have agreed the full scope of works. There are no surprise additions — any change to scope is discussed and agreed in writing before work proceeds.
Can you source materials and fixtures on my behalf?
We can advise on and procure materials, or work with items you have already selected. Either way, we take responsibility for fit, finish, and any warranty claims during the works.
